Users may request cancellation before course activation for eligible refunds.

2. Subscription Cancellation

For recurring subscription plans:

Users can cancel future renewals anytime.
Cancellation does not affect already active billing periods.

3. Project Cancellation

Project cancellation requests must be submitted before development work begins.
Cancellation charges may apply once project development/documentation has started.
