Abstract

This project analyzes the rental market trends of properties listed on Airbnb in Seattle. Using data analytics techniques, the system evaluates factors such as price, location, occupancy rate, availability, and amenities to understand market behavior. The analysis helps identify profitable neighborhoods, pricing strategies, and seasonal trends. The project supports data-driven decision-making for hosts, investors, and policymakers.

Existing System
