The Soil Fertility Prediction System is a machine learning-based application designed to predict the fertility level of soil using important soil parameters. The system analyzes factors such as Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), Potassium (K), pH, moisture, organic matter, temperature, and other soil characteristics to determine whether the soil is suitable for agricultural cultivation. Machine learning techniques are used to identify patterns in historical soil data and classify soil into appropriate fertility levels. The system helps farmers understand soil conditions, make better crop and fertilizer decisions, and improve sustainable soil management.
In the existing system, soil fertility is generally determined through manual soil testing, laboratory analysis, traditional farming experience, and expert recommendations. Although laboratory testing can provide accurate results, it may require additional time and resources.
The proposed Soil Fertility Prediction System uses machine learning to predict soil fertility based on various soil parameters. Users can enter values such as N, P, K, pH, moisture, organic matter, and other available soil features. The trained machine learning model analyzes the input and predicts the corresponding soil fertility level.
The system can evaluate algorithms such as Random Forest, Decision Tree, Support Vector Machine, KNN, Logistic Regression, or other suitable classification algorithms and select an effective model based on evaluation results.

Clean the dataset by handling missing values, duplicate records, inconsistent values, and outliers where appropriate.
Analyze the relationships between soil parameters and fertility levels using statistical analysis and visualizations.
Select important soil features such as N, P, K, pH, moisture, and organic matter.
Divide the dataset into training and testing datasets.
Train suitable machine learning classification algorithms using the training data.
Evaluate model performance using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and confusion matrix.
Select the best-performing model based on the evaluation results.
Integrate the selected model into a web or desktop application.
Allow users to enter soil parameters and generate the predicted fertility level.
Display the predicted fertility category, such as Low, Medium, or High, along with relevant soil information.
